CribConnect — Subscription-based real estate tools and coordination services

CribEstimate — Property valuation and estimation tools

CribBoost — Premium listing promotion and marketing services

Werdy — Word search mobile game

CribCrunch — Financial calculator with real estate, notes, and savings goals

OffTheCuff — Mobile application

PassCrunch — Password manager, authenticator, and password generator (no data collected)

Property listing details (address, description, photos, price) when you list on Cribtopia.com
Feedback and support messages you send through our apps or website
Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card details)

Information collected automatically:

Game progress, streaks, and preferences stored locally on your device
Purchase history for In-App Purchases (processed by Apple via StoreKit)
Subscription status and preferences for CribConnect and CribBoost
Device type, operating system, and browser type for compatibility purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain our Services, including property listings and game features
To process subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and closing coordination fees
To respond to your feedback, support requests, and inquiries
To maintain your game streaks and progress locally on your device

3. Data Storage

Game data (streaks, pack selections, progress) and calculator data (notes, goals, theme preferences) are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not collect, transmit, or store your game or calculator data on our servers.

Property listings and account information are stored securely on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

In-App Purchase records are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription and payment records are managed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments for CribConnect subscriptions, CribBoost services, closing coordination fees, and any other transactions. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not have access to your full credit card or bank account details.

Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's StoreKit framework to process In-App Purchases in our mobile games (e.g., Werdy theme packs). Payment information is handled entirely by Apple.

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Our website and backend services are hosted on AWS, which provides infrastructure-level security and encryption.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only as necessary to provide our Services:

With Stripe to process payments
With Apple to process In-App Purchases
With AWS to host and deliver our Services
As required by law or legal process

6. Data Retention

Game data and calculator data (notes, goals, themes) are stored locally on your device and persist until you delete the app. Property listings remain active until you remove them or they expire. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our mobile games (Werdy, CribCrunch, OffTheCuff) are suitable for all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

Our real estate Services (Cribtopia.com, CribConnect, CribEstimate, CribBoost) are intended for users 18 and older.

Access: You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
